A Musical Tribute to the Late, Great Michael Jackson
Words Hannah Serrano
Friday, June 26th, 2009 at 10:09 am
In honor of Mr. Jackson our good friend, the amazingly talented Ms. Skye Zentz, recorded this sweet rendition of Heal the World with Omnichord accompaniment.
Skye sang the cover for the first time last night at The Venue’s Thursday night Open Mic. The crowd chanted the chorus and clapped along; one woman waved her open cell phone solemnly in the air. It was like hearing the song for the first time.
So now for your very own viewing pleasure–Skye Zentz. Enjoy…
RIP MJ.

It was heartbreaking and sublime last night at The Venue… everyone singing and clapping along… Skye, you are a local treasure.
